When we look around, we see a lot of people who struggle with bodily abilities from birth and also because of other reasons. Lending a holding hand for them to walk through all paths of life shouldn’t just be a choice, but a necessity we all must adhere to. And this idea is what paved the way for forming ASRY, the rehabilitation center.

Based in Kasargod, Asry is a humanitarian organization and charitable trust fixated on a clear motive of reaching those in need and ensuring the welfare of underprivileged people. With the aim of working for a greater good, we make sure that those in need are delivered with all the basic essentials and care irrespective of nationality, caste, religion or any other social parameters.

Our initiatives like Asry Destitute Homes for women, and men, Asry Dialysis Centers, Schools for the Differently-abled, Pain & Palliative Care Centers, Physiotherapy Center, Asry Polyclinic, Asry Speech Therapy Center, Asry Psychiatric Clinic, Asry Free Food Kit Distribution, Orphan Educational Services, Mobile Medical Clinics, and Ambulance Services are put together with the well being of all as the only motive. The unmatched support, love and care extended by the people constitute the main fuel that drives us forward and with that fuel, we are forever committed to ensuring the welfare of all the people, thereby creating a better tomorrow.

Services

Palliative Care

Palliative care refers to the specialized medical care for people living with serious illnesses like cancer, heart failure etc. This type of care is focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of the illness. The goal is to improve quality of life for both the patient and the family.

Speach Therapy Centre

For people to interact and communicate, the ability of speaking is an inevitable factor. But for some people, it’s not as easy as it is for others. Especially for some children. Speech therapy is what equips these people to do well in the case of speaking.

Physiotherapy Centre

Physiotherapy is crucial in modern healthcare, aiming to restore, maintain, and optimize patients’ mobility and well-being. It includes treatments like massages, heat therapy, exercises, electrotherapy, and more.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is a health care intervention that helps people to learn or regain skills of daily living after a change in ability. This includes the meaningful activities that a person wants to accomplish including taking care of themselves and family, working, volunteering, going to school, among many others.

Special School

Here education is provided for those students who are differently-abled and cannot go to school because of various reasons. This project particularly combines learning and vocational training with the aim of providing a livelihood for these said students.

Psychotherapy/Counseling Clinic

Psychology, the scientific study of the human mind and behavior, addresses issues like depression and anxiety arising from busy lifestyles and family problems. Psychologists help revive broken minds, restoring consciousness and mindfulness.

Vision

As an institution that works for the welfare of the poor and underprivileged people, we perceive it as our duty as well to contribute to the good of society. A society, in the current scenario as well, that still gets haunted by several social conflicts and disparities such as poverty, inequalities, several other social norms etc. needs to be given a whole lot of work. So we set our goals not only to ensure the welfare of the poor and underprivileged but also to inspire people to contribute to the social cause.

Mission

To attain the goals that we have envisioned for ourselves, we understand that we need to dedicate ourselves and work tirelessly to ensure that the poor or disadvantaged people are delivered with adequate care, protection and rehabilitation. We work to support the needy and give them shelter and care without any disparity.
